Cozy and central studio apartment of about 40 sqm, ideal for 3 people, located on the first floor of a renovated building (NO lift). The property is located in the heart of the historic center and the Ballarò market (ZTL - Restriced Traffic Area), a few steps from all the main attractions of Palermo and from the Central Station. The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (gas hob - 4 burners, refrigerator, electric oven, wine glasses and kitchenware), dining table, TV, clothes stand and access to the balcony; - SLEEPING AREA with double bed and single sofa bed; - BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink, bidet and WC; - BALCONY (10 sqm). FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi (fiber), split A/C (hot/cold air), soundproof windows, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE: currently renovations are underway in the building opposite the apartment, consequently there may be noise and the view is partially hidden. The works are carried out from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00.
