On a hill from which it takes its name, in one of the most prestigious areas of San Teodoro, are the Citai flats, in a beautiful panoramic position. Arranged on the ground floor with garden or covered veranda equipped with garden table and chairs. The flat with a splendid view of the sea and the island of Tavolara is 1,500 metres from the famous La Cinta beach. Living room with sofa, area separated by furniture with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet. Equipped with: - kitchenette with crockery, cutlery, oven and microwave oven - tv - washing machine - table fans - garden and veranda equipped with table and chairs - car parking; unguarded Prices include: water, electricity and gas consumption, first supply of bathroom and bed linen, final cleaning (except cleaning of the kitchenette, which must be cleaned by the customer before check-out, and the rubbish, which must be disposed of in the special waste bins).
