We drove so we loved that there was a parking spot otherwise we would’ve had to park down by the ocean. We liked the location and the apartment was plenty big for our family of 5. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The owner was very friendly and showed us how to work the keys and the heat/air. Train station and beach were a 5 min walk down the hill. People have commented how it’s a scary walk on the road but there are some paths and other people walk so it was fine for us. You do have to walk to the other side of monterosso to get to more restaurants and the start of the blue hiking trail but it was a pleasant walk with a view of the ocean and through a tunnel. (About 15 to the other side of town) It was very clean and had extra blankets and pillows.
