Since 2013 we have been selecting the structures directly from the owners who place their trust in us year after year. We inform you that the Concierge service is active in all our apartments, in fact we want to make your stay as comfortable as possible and without any stress. For this reason, we offer a personalized welcome service to all our guests. To collect the keys we do not use boxes with codes nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres. Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, accompany you to the apartment and will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect. This service is available via direct contact via chat, guaranteeing rapid and personalized assistance. Our goal is to make you feel pampered and well cared for throughout your stay at DesenzanoLoft. Check in for this apartment is from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm, for arrivals after 7.00 pm and up to 11.30 pm there is a supplement of Euro 50.00.

A few steps from the centre, the lake, the train station and the main services we find GARDEN AND POOL, a two-room apartment located on the ground floor with a swimming pool shared with only one other residential unit. The depth of the pool ranges from a minimum of 110 cm to a maximum of 200 cm. Entering the house we are greeted by a living room consisting of a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV cabinet, table with chairs, kitchen equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, toaster and microwave. Moving into the sleeping area we find the bathroom with shower and washing machine and finally the double bedroom with large wardrobe, mirror and bedside table. The apartment is equipped with WI-FI connection and air conditioning. The living room overlooks a small private garden consisting of a gazebo, table with 4 chairs and barbecue. Possibility to park the car inside the structure in the designated parking space. The apartment represents the ideal solution for those who are looking for tranquility but at the same time want to remain close to the lake and have the opportunity to take a refreshing dip in the splendid swimming pool, equipped with two deckchairs. Pets are not allowed in the entire facility.
