THE PRICE OF THE ACCOMMODATION ON BOOKING DOES NOT INCLUDE THE TOURIST TAX, WHICH WILL BE COLLECTED UPON ARRIVAL IN CASH. - During their stay, guests will have to carry out separate waste collection by correctly separating waste and respecting the daily "door-to-door" calendar using the bins. Any remaining rubbish must be disposed of before departure via the nearest recycling centers. Failure to comply with the rules will result in a penalty that will be withheld from the security deposit. - We ask our guests kindly to leave the house tidy as found, the kitchen and crockery cleaned and the fridge empty - Bed sheets and towels can be rented on request for EUR 20 per person to pay at the check-in. Please let us know in advance so we can have them ready for your arrival. - Crib and baby high chair subject to availability
