Lots to see by bicycle or a short car drive in the local hills. Stay close to the station for easy rail journeys to Ferrara, Bologna, Padua, Venice .

It was a run down town that only catered to people wanting to swim in the spa pools in the hotels. the hotels could have been placed anywhere including a city centre - the local surroundings were very residential and un-interesting.

Montegrotto Terme is the perfect place where any body can enjoy and relax during all seasons. Very friendly natives, excellent pools, best location to easily reach most beautiful cities of Italy like Venice etc. it’s very nice to make walks and bike trips.

Swimming pools and whirlpools make a combination of joy, swimming, exercise and healing water treatment. Hotel staff was friendly and attentive, quality of food service and how it was organised exceeded all expectations. Special thanks to the receptionist Eugenia for her attention and providing helpful information during our stay and thanks to all hotel staff for such a wonderful week of family vacation. It will always be a pleasure to be back.

Warm pools relax, great food pampering, good sleep is important for my health. When there are a lot of covid restrictions, it’s not annoying here, you just enjoying the rest. I advise you to take the dinner, to visit Venice by train and keep rejoicing that there is such a place.
