A welcoming, bright apartment in the characteristic Borgo Sant'Antonio: a historic and quiet area with bars, restaurants and supermarkets just a few minutes walk from the central Piazza IV Novembre, the Porta Sole clinic, the University for Foreigners and various university faculties ( especially Biological Sciences, Biotechnologies, Humanities and Philosophy, Psychology, Educational Sciences, etc.). The apartment has a single bedroom and a recently renovated double bedroom with a large bed (160 wide x 190 long) with wooden slats and "memory foam" mattress. The apartment is completely sanitized before and after each stay and there's everything you need (microwave, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, iron, towels, etc.) for a pleasant stay. It is also equipped with independent heating. Nearby there is the possibility to park and a few meters away there is a public transport stop. The host is available for any information and to help you in your stay. Due to its characteristics, the apartment is not very suitable for small children. NO WI-Fi.
I speak English and I will be happy to help you in your stay in Perugia providing any kind of information useful for your stay: info about excursions, public transportations (bus lines, train timetables, car rentals), supermarkets, restaurants, places to visit in Perugia and its surroundings. I can also provide you tourist guides of Perugia and Umbria.
The apartment is located in a very quiet, bright and historic area of Perugia. In the opposite Church of Sant'Antonio, free concerts are often held and events not to be missed are often organized throughout the village (street food, via dei Presepi, the parade of the Bersaglieri, etc.). Being a street in the historic center, there are traffic restrictions so a private parking space is not guaranteed but, based on availability, you can park in the street on days when the ZTL is not in force (weekdays from 21:00 to 14 : 00). In any case, you can park for a fee in the nearby Sant'Antonio car park or, very easily, in the neighboring streets and the host will provide a digital map of all the useful parking lots in the area.
