Amazing staff, location and value for money

The staff was very friendly. Room had everything you may need included and a pretty big balcony. Also the location was amazing.

The location and a staff all friendly

Comfy beds, well-heated room, best shower of my life, very kind hosts that provided a map of the city and were flexible with check-in times

Great location to downtown… if you arrive by train, it’s worth paying for a taxi to get to the hotel. Clean, spacious, delightful stay!

I loved the location, just a 3-minute walk to the main street of the historic old town. The internal design is beautiful and charming, the staff were very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent and well prepared.

Excellent room and location, fantastic staff and fabulous breakfast. The parking place was very convenient. We would live to come again!

Location, staff kindness and professionalism, room

The location was perfect for touring the old mediaeval section of the city, the room was very comfortable and well appointed, the hotel was elegant (and the “paintings” in the hallways were great fun), the breakfast was extraordinary, and most of all the staff were absolutely fantastic. It was a lovely experience, and I would highly recommend it.

The property is perfectly situated on Piazza Italia just steps from Underground tunnels, museums, churches, shopping and great restaurants. The Piazza is overlooking spectacular city views. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are well sized with beautiful, marbled bathrooms. The rooms are very comfortable with luxurious linens, robes and slippers. Room services are excellent and the rooms are very clean. There is an underground pool that is wonderful to swim in. The breakfast buffet is abundant with a great selection of hot and cold foods and beverages. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If bringing a car, arrange parking in advance so that hotel can accomodate your vehicle.

The staff was super helpful. Excellent location. Great breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel was everything we wanted-- a beautiful old building, minimally updated. We loved the high windows facing into the gardens of trees, the murals on the ceiling, the ancient balcony for coffee in the morning. The room had been updated with a minimal modern bathroom in way that preserved the murals, which was very cool. Even in the heat of summer we were comfortable with two fans and the windows open, and waking up to the quiet sounds of breeze and churchbells outside was amazing. A short shady walk from the Rocca Paolina and the historic centre. We passed on coffee and breakfast at the hotel and walked 3 minutes for coffee nearby which was great. But the patio outside is nice for a drink in the evening.
