Its elevated position affords a panoramic view of the Gulf of San Teodoro, offering an oasis of relaxation just a few minutes' drive from the main services and numerous attractions in the area. Designed for maximum comfort, Casa Smeraldo is built on two inverted levels: the upper floor (street level) consists of a large, bright living room with a sofa bed, a modern kitchen, one bathroom and a panoramic terrace, ideal for enjoying beautiful sunsets. On the lower floor, the internal stairs lead to the sleeping area, which consists of three spacious bedrooms and one bathroom, from where there is access to a large furnished courtyard, perfect for relaxing in the open air. The courtyard leads to a separate suite with an additional double bedroom and private bathroom, perfect for those seeking more privacy. The house offers: - modern induction cooker with fridge and freezer - oven - coffee pod machine - tv - washing machine (with iron and ironing board) - 3 bathrooms with shower and hairdryer - air conditioning (1 split in each room) - ceiling fans - terrace with table and chairs on the upper floor - outdoor courtyard furnished with parasol, table, chairs and sun loungers - barbecue - free street parking The price includes: electricity, water, gas, first supply of bathroom and bed linen and final cleaning (except cleaning of the kitchenette, which must be cleaned by the guest before check-out).
