La Scialuppa (CITRA 010007-LT-0349) is an apartment with typical Genovese decorated ceilings, recently renovated trying to maintain connection with the past while providing it with all modern comforts.Located in Via L. Bozzo, central area of Camogli that allows you to walk to the beach, the main shops, the station and the ferry terminal in a few minutes.Consisting of three bedrooms for a total of 6 beds, two doubles and a bunk bed, 2 bathrooms with shower. Complete a large living room with balcony that offers a nice view of the sea and the castle of Camogli.The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, 55 'smart TV, a complete kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave. Free Wi-Fi.From January 2023 fixtures with double glasses windows. Private garage parking available at 400 m, with extra charge. Never exceed the number of guests allowed. At the time of booking indicate the correct number of people who will stay in the structure, any changes must be communicated and may have to pay a extra charge. Your pets are welcome, always respecting the house and the neighbors, I only ask you a surcharge for cleaning costs. Avoid loud noises, especially after 10pm. By completing the reservation you accept the house rules.
