Hello, we are Massimiliano, 28 years old, and Mariagiulia, 26 years old, the strong passion we have for travel and for discovering places has pushed us to undertake this new adventure. When we travel we love to know the secrets of every place and every culture but also to find pleasant moments of relax. So we thought of doing the same in our place, We hope to offer all travelers like us an unforgettable, unique and relaxing experience by offering them our home and our advice.

Every room has Wi-Fi, hot water, double bed, private toilet, mini-fridge, A/C, smart TV (channel cable are not available). The green and red apartment has also a kitchinette (it is good for a breakfast or a small lunch, not for big meal) and a sofa. The decor and the style of our room are made totally by us, so the works that did it possible. The building we are located was made by the first woman architect of Napoli, for this reason it has an historical interest. Please Keep in mind that this is NOT a B&B, It is a complex of holiday houses and holiday rooms, there is not a reception or a breakfast room, all our spaces are shown in the pictures you can see on this website. The structure overlooks Via de Pretiis, this means that the neighborhood we are in is the heart of the city. It is a neighborhood that offers everything, tourist attractions, walks between shops and on crowded streets, alleys to discover and a multitude of commercial activities: all kinds of shops, gyms, money exchange, tourist points, bars, restaurants, cocktail bars, discos, theaters, cinemas, subways, funiculars, ports and much more. The Red and Green apartment, are noisy because they overlook one of the main street of the center of the city, and neapulitan are noisy! Being in an excellent central position, our advice is to move on foot through the streets of Naples, in fact in a few minutes you can reach the seafront and the Castel dell'Ovo, passing through Piazza del Plebiscito. In the same way it is possible to get to Via Toledo and the Spanish Quarters or even directly to the Historical Center, only along Via de Pretiis. Whenever you want to visit the islands of Capri, Ischia or Procida, the port for hydrofoils is about 100 meters away, while the port for ferries is 500m away. At the port there is also one of the 3 stops made by "Alibus", the bus that connects the airport to the city center. At about 50m you will find the metro line 1 stop to quickly reach the main areas of Naples or even the central station. There is a taxi rank in front of the building.
