It's a new builded Mini-Attic, Open Space, situated at the fifth and last floor, there's an elevator (untill the fourth floor).
The flat is composed of a single and bright room with a double bed, a small kitchen with everything you need for a good meal, bathroom with shower / bath and a large terrace where you can relax and eat outdoors.
Its strength is certainly the brightness given by the large windows that surround the house and the high position, which offers a spectacular view of the city and the sea from the large terrace.
It has all the comforts including air conditioning and wi-fi. The apartment is just outside the center and parking is free.
Mi chiamo Michela e ho un grande piacere ad ospitare nel mio appartamento chiunque lo tratterà come casa sua. Credo che Cagliari abbia tante cose da offrire, dalla cultura al divertimento e una spiaggia che accoglie tantissime persone.
My apartment is in the La Vega district, is located near the historic center of Cagliari, adjacent to the districts of Villanova and Castello that can be reached in 15 minutes on foot, but if you want to take a bus, the stop is 5 minutes from home.
To reach the Marina district and the port of Cagliari it takes about 20 minutes on foot. To reach the city beach "Poetto" you can take the bus "3P" in Piazza Giovanni 7 minutes from home.
Near the apartment there are some bar for a nice Aperitivo or Some nice Pub (with live concert) for enjoy a nice beer. There is also a mini market close to home that is convenient also for buying something already cooked. There are also greengrocers, vegetables shop and butcher shop in the area, all with excellent quality food.
