Possibile utilizzo di una lavatrice in un vano attiguo. Possibilità di andare rapidamente a piedi nel centro di Falcade, con i relativi negozi e servizi (ottimo il Formo Comisso, per pane, pizza e dolci, aperto però solo in luglio e agosto). Facilità di entrata e uscita e buoni rapporti a distanza con il gestore. Posizione molto buona per spettacolari escursioni e ascensioni in Dolomiti, in particolare nelle vicine Pale di San Martino e Costabella.
