We loved the place, Rozeta is such a warm and friendly host. Nesso is a cute little town in lake Como and you can easily walk around town. It was very nice having two rooms, a fridge and washing machine for clothes. The best part is the view, which is incredible!

The 60sqm apartment is located on the first floor (without lift) of a Residence. Internally it is made up as follows: -Entrance with living area divided into a relaxation area with Smart TV and sofa and open kitchen equipped with induction hob, electric oven, microwave. -Main bedroom (with lake view) with double bed and wardrobe -Second bedroom (overlooking the internal courtyard) with double bed and single bed that can be used if necessary -Bathroom (without window) with toilet, sink, bidet and shower. Additional services available to guests: unlimited wifi, washing machine, 2 fans, central heating. The vehicle access to the Residence takes place at the address Via Roma 32, Nesso: this is the street next to Via Riva di Castello, 1, 22020 Nesso which is pedestrian only - YOU HAVE TO WALK FROM THE PARKING (inside the property) TO THE HOUSE. The car park consists of a private and assigned parking space on the property: however, it is not suitable for mini-vans or vehicles larger than an SUV

We also inform you that: -There is no lift, the house is on the first floor and there are stairs from the parking lot to the house and inside the residence. -There is no air conditioning, there are fans - FREE OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL OPEN until 09/30/2022. ATTENTION: in the swimming pool it is mandatory to use a swimming cap, it is necessary to bring one with you, as well as pool towels. In the park, lined with trees and terraced, the areas are shared with the other guests of the Residence. It is very easy to find a corner for yourself, given the extent of the area. In the park, a few steps from the apartment, there is the SWIMMING POOL - also shared - with SHOWERS and CHANGING ROOMS. From the terraces of the park and the swimming pool you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Como branch and the mountains. The residence has a concierge.
