The apartment has a charming terrace which is partly shaded and looks out towards the famous Isola Tavolara. There is a dining table and chairs for meals al fresco. A small gate in the terrace wall gives guests easy access to the lane which leads to the beach. - A town tax of EUR 2/per person/per day needs to be paid locally. - Electricity, water, gas and A/C supplement EUR 5 per day to be paid locally.
