Translate this message for posting on Booking: Translation: "The accommodation will surprise you for its tranquility, privacy and the comfort of the house. The house comfortably accommodates 8 people, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: one with a king-size bed and private bathroom, the second room with 2 bunk beds and the third room with external access and 2 single beds and private bathroom. In the large living room, there is a sofa that can be converted into an emergency bed. The house has central heating and air conditioning. The patio with sea view has a large table which can accommodate up to 10 people. In the rear patio area there is a small outdoor kitchen, an outdoor shower and an area for washing and drying, including the washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with a small compartment for freezing, and a dishwasher. The house is hidden inside the vegetation and the typical local rocks, while there is a small garden in front useful for sunbathing or for children to play. On the roof of the house, there is a terrace from where you can enjoy a stunning view or sunbathe."
On arrival and during your stay, the signora Maddalena will be waiting for you and at your disposal should you have any problems with the house. A gardener will regularly come to take care of the garden, without disturbing the tranquility of your stay. A private security service controls the entire complex 24 hours a day. A doctor is also available on site for the guests (at an additional cost).
Porto Rafael's charming square, reachable on foot in less than 5 minutes, is a magical place where you can find some shops, a restaurant, and a bar. Several nights events or gatherings are also organized. A small well-stocked supermarket is reachable on foot in less than 5 minutes, as well as the newsagent, tobacconist, and a few other shops. Baia Nelson Beach, one of the most beautiful and tranquil in the area, can always be reached on foot in 5 minutes from the house. However, it is recommended to have a car available in order to reach Palau, reachable by car in 7-8 minutes, where there are several supermarkets, shops, and the port from where the ferries depart for La Maddalena.
