The Relais has a sober dignity and a minimalist style (the apartments do not feature television sets, as a deliberate choice) but is at the same time carefully maintained and extremely welcoming. It can accommodate all kinds of diverse requirements. It is a magical refuge overlooking the valley, a perfect balance between rusticity and elegance, a place to discover (or re-discover) the luxury of simplicity. The location of our hotel, in an unspoiled stretch of countryside with few inhabitants, where the local economy is predominantly based on eco-friendly agriculture and farming, makes it particularly suited for relaxing and reinvigorating holidays.
The location offers multiple opportunities for activities, from local walking trails which allow guests to explore the natural beauty that surrounds Relais l’Antico Convento to the fabulous art collections of nearby medieval cities. Assisi, Perugia, and Gubbio in Umbria and Cortona and Montepulciano in Tuscany are all within a 45 km drive.
