The Arcobaleno Residence is a structure of holiday flats in San Teodoro, consisting of pretty two-room flats with 3 and 4 beds, distributed between the ground floor and the first floor: it is not possible to choose the plan but only to provide preference (Not guaranteed). Located in a very quiet area and just a few hundred metres from the beautiful white beach 'La Cinta', making it an ideal holiday reference point for sea lovers. The accommodations are offered in flats with simple and functional furnishings, in modern style, provided with the main comforts, consisting of a living room with an equipped kitchenette (we do not provide oil, salt, pepper and sugar for hygienic reasons and for Italian regulations), with microwave oven, moka coffee machine and double sofa bed (two-room apartment 4) or single sofa bed (two-room apartment 3), a furnished double bedroom, satellite TV, wifi, air conditioning, private bathroom with shower cubicle, bed linen and towels included in the price. At check-in, guests will find a courtesy kit containing a roll of toilet paper (additional rolls of toilet paper are not provided), three rubbish bags, dishwashing cloth and floor cloth, dish soap and hand soap. Charging station for electric vehicles for a fee. The flats have a patio with garden table and chairs, so you can enjoy a relaxing time in peace and quiet. The Residence is accessed via an electric gate, both for cars and pedestrians, and the parking space is for the exclusive use of our guests. Another area is reserved for the laundry room where there are two washing machines, iron and ironing board; there are three outdoor showers and a barbecue available for guests.
