Lovely apartment in Lignano Pineta near the beach, located on the second of two floors in an exclusive apartment complex built in 2019. The apartment is made up of: a living area that is full of light with a sitting-room that has a sofa-bed and a kitchen equipped with all the conveniences, a small hallway giving access to the other rooms, a master bedroom, a bathroom with a window and a shower, a second double bedroom and a large terrace. The apartment is equipped with: a security door, modern furniture, latest-generation doors and windows, induction cooktop, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, a safe, air conditioning, underfloor heating, satellite TV, a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron with an ironing board, a clothes drying rack. The large furnished terrace is a splendid backdrop to the living area. Services included: • beach service (a beach umbrella and two sun beds); • welcoming basket of fruit and biscuits/cookies; • weekly change of linen (sheets and towels); • final cleaning; • Wi-Fi; • use of the swimming pool and gym at the Hotel Colorado, located just 200 meters away; • an outdoor parking space inside the parking lot of the apartment complex (not guarded)
