Il Residence Belvedere è formato da solo 8 unità, situato il zona molto tranquilla e soleggiata. Sono presenti piscina ed ascensore per permettere un agevole accesso alle persone con mobilità ridotta. L'appartamento, situato al secondo piano (terzo fuori terra) dispone di un terrazzo vista lago e di un parcheggio riservato contraddistinto con il numero 4. Situato nell'antico Borgo di Volesio perfettamente conservato, ricco di fascino e storia, risalente al 1600 vi permetterà un tuffo nel passato. Il Comune di Tremezzina che é famoso in tutto il mondo per le sue bellezza naturali, ville storiche e musei, fa parte dei Borghi più belli d'Italia. Il commino seicentesco della Madonna del Soccorso con le sue Cappelle é stato dichiarato Patrimonio dell'umanità dell'Unesco. Il Lago è balneabile, di possono fare escursioni in montagna a piedi oppure in mountain bike, i percorsi sono segnalati.
