Property info

Enjoy your holiday in this central and quiet accommodation. We have furnished this studio with a lot of passion to make sure you have a great time in Merano. In the immediate vicinity you will find all the shops for your daily needs. Also pubs and restaurants are on the doorstep. The historic centre of Merano with its arcades, the thermal baths and the promenade are all within walking distance, and the cycle path is also close by. You live in a newly renovated studio with a modern bathroom, entrance area, living/bedroom area and new kitchen. The flat is located in a quiet residential building on the 3rd floor with lift. In the immediate vicinity there is a small shopping street where you can find everything from a paper shop, a regional vegetable shop, several local bakeries and butchers to a bank and a pharmacy. Several food markets are within a 1-minute radius. There is also a small regional farmers' market once a week. We also have a free garage at your disposal. GARAGE The garage is located directly in the house. But beware: the garage is only 190 high! No Bully, Vans or similar fit in. The dimensions are (WxHxD) approx. 230 x 190 x 490 which is rather narrow. If you can't fit into the garage, we unfortunately don't have any other parking space for your vehicle. In this case, you can park in the public car parks in the vicinity, or use the car park nearby for which a fee is charged. Your bikes, ebikes and motorbikes will always fit :) ELEVATOR The house has a lift. The entrance door is approx. 60 wide, the depth approx. 79. Unfortunately not suitable for a wheelchair.
