Situated only a few metres from the sea near Santa Teresa Gallura, in the lovely northwest of Sardinia, the mansard apartment “Sul Mare a Santa Teresa” is ideal for relaxing holidays by the beach. The mansard apartment on the first floor consists of a living room with a single bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a television. The private open terrace with seating furniture is perfect to start your day with a coffee while overlooking the beautiful blue sea, and the garden area is shared with owners, who live on the ground floor of the house. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafés can be found 100 m away or after a 5-minute drive (3 km) in the centre of Santa Teresa Gallura, while the closest beach, Spiaggia Santa Reparata is only a 5-minute walk (250 m) away. Olbia Airport is located 70 km or a one-hour and 15-minute drive from the apartment. Street parking is available. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets are generally not allowed, but exceptions may be made upon request. The owners' dog also lives on the property. Please note that the ceilings are not high, as this is a mansard flat.
