The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

The villa consists of two adjacent units, perfect for two families who want to enjoy their vacation together but with separate spaces, or for a group of friends: First unit: a double bedroom in a trullo, with the addition of two small beds, a single bedroom also in a trullo, and a single sofa bed in the living room with air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare delicious meals during the stay. Ideal for those who love to cook and want to enjoy local flavors in a homely environment. There is a bathroom with a shower cubicle. The trullo opens to two covered verandas, both front and rear, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals.
