Great place but be prepared to pay to use the beaches.

Great place but be prepared to pay to use the beaches. If you are going to stay for the whole day then you will get your money's worth, if only for a couple of hours it is not worth it. The beaches all appear to be owned by the resorts so you need a day pass to enter onto them. Montego Bay is amazing though, you can watch the aeroplanes landing and the landing lights start in the Ocean, great to watch.

If your a new travellers to Mo'Bay, the Deja Resort is in the heart of the hip strip; from here nothing is too far, popular beach is across the road, for those travelling long haul the transfer once you arrive is a 15min short taxi ride. Other resturants if desired are all within walking distance, even a trip in to Mo'Bay is within walking distance; I'm a Brit so walking everywhere is pretty much standard but a short cab ride is available if you so desire.

Margeritaville and Aquasol are closed due to a wave that destroyed them. No go karts. Heard pelican cove was good but since we cooked we didn’t go out at night. We didn’t feel comfortable doing that anyway. All I he tourist shops sell the same stuff. The shops that say groceries have very little. Go to progressive foods and stock up on water, dairy, etc. there was no lettuce so I made greek style salads with peppers and tomatoes. Toasted westerns. Pasta and rice. We spent most days at doctors cave which is perfect and lunch good too. $50 per day for one umbrella and two chairs. We had lunch on the beach every day. It was great. Tried harmony beach twice it was good. But I would not wander further than that. We took local red plate taxis for 200 JM or $2 US. The KFC sells the most amount of chicken daily it’s a lineup and drive through around the corner, you won’t get any. Just get the pizza next door and give the leftover to whoever asks. This is across from harmony beach. 🏖️ I like that they search all our bags for glass and knives and hang on to them. Good! We felt safe there too. Doctors cave was the best. People everywhere were super friendly. Next time, I’ll go back to Negril. It’s more zen there. But I’d stay a night or two in Montego Bay. And hang out during the day. Not the night.

Unless your all-inclusive resort has a lot of options to keep you entertained, nice beach access, and good food, you better find a different part of the country for your stay. Mo Bay is a run-down town, not fun walking or strolling the city's pot hole ridden streets. It has an uneasy feeling of " I made a wrong choice" place. You'll be constantly bothered by people trying to sell you weed. offer you a "boy for the night," taxi services, or beg for money. Avoid!

The breakfast and dinner was great. The entire facility was modern and clean. The property is literally on the beach. The entertainment areas are amazing with a beautiful rooftop pool. The hotel was not crowded and a convenient store is located right next door for alcohol purchases and items you may have forgot. Their is a business center, open conference rooms, yoga room and gym over looking the sea and an amazing "man made" grotto with mineral spas ( all free to use - no additional charge)

Nice little appartement. The place was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It's close to area attractions like the Rose Hall Great House. It's a great place to stay if you are like me and prefer to get to know people and the culture and not just other tourists in an all inclusive resort. The property is gated and felt secure. Annmareen was so sweet and helpful. She actually called me when she saw me leaving and noticed I took a wrong turn. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff from all areas of the hotel are very nice and accommodating. The hotel was clean and Covid protocols were in full force. Food is available pretty much all day long with a great selection at the buffet 3 times a day. The grounds are well kept from the beach to the pool. Entertainment daily on the beach and nightly after dinner by the pool then back to the beach to close out the day. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

I really liked the food. One thing we worry about when doing all inclusive but overall the food here is very good! The variety is good and consistent. We also liked the 3 different areas for swimming- main pool, lazy river or beach. Gave options for scenery change to the kids. Wifi was good. The kids club was great for hour or two when my kid needed a break. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved the breeze beyond the top bar in the morning.

The food is absolutely amazing. I have been to a lot of all inclusive resorts and their food can be bland, but not here! The entertainment is top tier! It’s amazing that they put so much effort into entertaining their guests with their shows. The shows were like something I’d pay to see back in the states, but it was included! The staff were amazing and helpful. The rooms were huge! Everything was clean and Covid precautions were taken seriously.

Excellent location! Just 5 minutes from the Montego Bay airport, right in the hip strip. The view can't be beaten! All rooms have an ocean view. The beach is amazing!!!!!!!!!!! The color of the water and temperature are perfect. I like this hotel is not very big, so it is easy to go between bedroom and pool/beach/buffet. Water activities are free. There are beautiful corals for snorkeling right there, and they are beautiful.

The property was just minutes from the airport. From the minute we arrived we were treated like royalty. The drinks were delicious as well as the food. We enjoyed going to the beach every day, especially the little island. We really enjoyed the love entertainment every day. Honestly, we can’t wait to come back! A wonderful value and everything truly is all inclusive unless you wanted to go to one of the special restaurants.

Picked this hotel quickly after a long drive. The receptionist was lovely and check in was quick. The room was basic and pleasant. Very clean and tidy. It was equipped with a fridge, TV and air conditioning. Excellent location across from the sea. (Dead end) Of Montego Bay. Ate at Wings and Tings nearby.

Perfectly located minutes away from Montego Bay airport. It is on the coast and near restaurants. Very convenient. The Knutsford Express Company drops you inside the airport, and you can pick up a taxi straight to Tobys within minutes. Ensure the taxi to be red licenced plates. The food was nice at Tobys.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, there's lots to do either by the pool bar or by the beach bar. Also, close proximity (5minutes/less) to Montego Bay Airport! My mother and I was well catered to, we look forward to staying here again! I will highly recommend staying here to friends and family.
