I liked that this hotel has almost everything you need for an accomodation (kitchen area with IH, microwave, sink, small ref, water heater, washing machine, on top of the usual facilities in a boutique hotel). The staff were also very accommodating and warm.

This hotel was a great one. Its localisation is very practical (I would assume even more so without the snow making the luggage dragging a bit chaotic), close to the subway, close to the beautiful Nakajima park, close to several konbini stores and tramway accessible as well. I was thrilled to be on a corner of the building and to have a good view on a super quiet side. I really appreciated the hotel taking into account the request I had ! The microwave and washing machine inside the room are a plus when it comes to making life easier for travellers. I also appreciated having the option to opt out of daily cleaning and unnecessary new daily towels for those not wanting that. Apart from the problem mentioned in the "minus" part, the sound insulation between floors and with the hallway was also very efficient, which is always a serious plus ! No stomping, no loud noises, quite nice indeed.
