Great converted old buildings, some of which are in great locations. We were overlooking the canal with all the merchant houses. Large Japanese style breakfast with many courses, free fully stocked mini bar. Late check out.

Great location about halfway round the Kasumigaura Lake ride. Beautifully renovated and they stored our bikes inside, which gave us peace of mind. Great Onsen.

I liked the location (that it's close to the airport), the free shuttle service, and the 24 hour Family Mart on the main floor of the hotel. Those were very convenient.

My boys enjoyed the pool the first time we went there so when we were looking for a weekend destination recently they asked me to book a room at this hotel again. I thought I booked the same type of room from previous stay but I’m sure we got a bigger room the second time. After checking out, while waiting for the shuttle bus we discovered the garden! I think we found another reason to make a third booking some time soon. Family Mart inside the hotel totally explains why it’s called a convenience store! We had a great time!

I have booked a room in main building which was small, outdated and wallpaper was stained- I called the front desk to have my room changed. I paid extra to stay in another room which was in annex building, which makes a lot of difference of the comfort level. Since then I always book a room in annex and it has been wonderful. It is not new but much spacious and clean.
