The fine print
Renovation work is done from Monday, 1st April 2024 to Saturday, 31st August 2024, daily. The entire building is under renovation. Some rooms may be affected by noise and odor. Please note that some rooms may not have views or use of balconies.
The hotel's free shuttle service runs as follows.
From Kawaguchiko train or bus station, or Fujikyu Highland: between 15:00 and 20:00. Please call upon arrival.
From the hotel to Kawaguchiko train and bus station: every 30 minutes between 08:00 and 11:00.
The hot-spring bath is open from 06:00-24:00.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Hotel Regina Kawaguchiko of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
