This is applicable to nonrefundable bookings only. If the name of the paying guest and staying guest do not match, the hotel cannot create a payment receipt for the staying guest at time of check-out or check-in.

Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
