Just a 3-minute walk from JR Shin-Okubo Train Station, Sekitei provides simple Japanese-style rooms with futon bedding on a tatami (woven-straw) floor. Each air-conditioned room includes an private bathroom and an LCD TV, while free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Guests at Shin Okubo Sekitei can relax with some hot green tea. - At the exit of the station, turn left into Okubo-dori street, and walk for about 328 feet.
- At the corner of the super market next to Tokyo Plaza Hotel, turn right.
- Walk straight on for about 262 feet, until you see the Shin Okubo Sekitei on the right side of the street.
