They are one-room apartments with own toilet, shower, TV, refrigerator. Since they are located in a residential area, noise is strictly regulated.

Neighborhood info

We are located in a quiet residential area. Only few minutes walk will lead you to many convenient stores, big shops, and many good restaurants. Only 3 minutes walk to Higashi Shinjuku Station, 8 minutes walk to Shin Okubo Station, 5 minutes walk to Kabukicho area. 5 minutes walk to Don Quixote, 10 minutes to Shinjuku Shopping area.
