The location is convenient and is near the metro station. The staffs are friendly and we are allowed to store our luggages before check-in. The room is modern, and is moderately sized with a larger than average bathroom. Also, the room is well equipped with microwave, refrigerator, tableware, TV, WiFi, and having washing+dryer machine is a huge plus. The included breakfast is nice. There are free amenities, water, ice and coffee in the lobby.

This hotel is in a great location for anyone who wants to be close to shopping and restaurants within the downtown of Kyoto. It is an easy walk to the main shopping areas and you can easily walk to Nishiki market and other great shopping streets. It is also very convenient to the Karasuma and Tozai lines. The room I stayed in had a washing machine which was amazing and it was a washer and dryer which is extra handy.

Hotel design is modern and look new. The room size is acceptable even though we have 1 huge (XL) and 1 medium luggage. The room has its own washing machine which have dryer function, so do not worry if you bring less clothing and scare your clothes are damp wet without any sun to dry them. Bathroom comes with bath tub. The staff are friendly and explained their facilities well. At the lobby, there are free flow coffee machines and amenities for you to enjoy and use during the stay. Western and Japanese breakfast were provided by a cafe/restaurant located in front the hotel. Food is good and varies in different days.
