Chris House is a wonderful private villa of 380 square meters, located just 300 meters from the beautiful beaches of Watamu. Surrounded by greenery, it offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, everything a guest could wish for. You will be able to enjoy large outdoor spaces, relaxation areas, verandas and a massage area. Chris House is the ideal choice for those seeking privacy and flexibility away from home. The accommodation is equipped with a generator to ensure comfort even in the event of a blackout. The villa is available for exclusive rent and offers 5 double bedrooms, carefully furnished. Each room is equipped with air conditioning (on request and for a fee), ceiling fan, private bathroom, double bed, wardrobe and the possibility of additional beds in some rooms (on request and for a fee). This accommodation is equipped with a modern photovoltaic system, which powers most of its activities, reducing the environmental impact and ensuring an eco-friendly stay. Guests of Chris House will have access to all areas of the property, excluding the kitchen. This service has a fixed daily cost of KES 3,000, to be paid directly to the property. Upon request, the house cook will prepare meals using ingredients provided by the guests, or you can ask the cook to buy food for you. Guests cannot cook on their own. CHRIS HOUSE provides its guests with highly qualified staff, cleaning staff, security, wi-fi. The Villa is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by other private villas, just 300 meters from the beaches of Ocean Breeze, Fortamu and Papa Remo, which can be reached on foot. The villa is located about 2 km from the village of Watamu. Guests can decide to reach the city by tuc-tuc or bajaji (the most practical means of transport around), or take a nice walk on foot, while Malindi is about 20 km away. The staff can take care of calling a taxi or a tuk tuk to rent.
