Me, my wife and son really enjoyed that place because it was only for 4 rooms, very cozy and quite. The place has got own kitchen on ground floor, so we easily can cook for our son anytime. The place has a/c, towels, shower gel and fridge in room. The owner helped us with any question and even cooked for us traditional dinner, it was unexpected and very nice) The place is 3-5 minutes to beach, 10-15 minutes to center of Hikkaduwa. For us it’s the best location, because center of Hikka is a little bit loud
