As I arrived early in the day, my room wasn't ready, but the cleaning staff helped me up the stairs with my suitcase, and allowed me to leave my luggage in my room until later.
The room was comfortable and well equipped.

Sigulda castle from outside is enough.
Sigulda castle from outside is enough. Spent much more time in Turraida castle with many houses from the region (price the same and much more to see).
In weekends during summer try bobsleigh. Amazing experience!

Nice castle area in Sigulda.
Nice castle area in Sigulda. There is also cable car if you are into such activity. Bridge with national flags of Latvia is a perfect place for photos. The town itself rather quiet and without Old Town but still nice for a walk. Close to national park. There are also Turaida castle remains nearby but in my opinion there is no medieval vibe there.

Super place for a family vacation!
Super place for a family vacation! Lots of outdoor activities suitable for kids of various ages. Excellent service and instructor at Aerodium, definitely a strong recommendation as for Tarzans to which this was our fifth visit and it never fails! :-) All in all a lovely little city!
We've got Paul's room, with queen size bed. It was very comfortable, the furniture is elegant. The bathroom is equipped with a rather big bath. I also enjoyed a small swimming pool for the additional price, the personnel was very helpful and nice.
We were visiting Sigulda for a music event, which ended late (closer to midnight). Due to a huge crowd it was impossible to order a taxi online, so instead we walked to Krimulda - and it was a pleasant night walk! All the way to the hotel, the walking/bicycle lines are well lit.
The host was very friendly and made us feel right at home. The decor in the rooms was beautiful and a little bit quirky. Our room was large and the bathroom had a great tub. Parking was available onsite and a hot water boiler and tea were in our room. The home was in a residential neighborhood that was about a 10-minute walk or a very short drive from downtown restaurants and parks and was also a short 10-minute drive from all of the beautiful hiking, castles, and adventurous outdoor activities, so we liked the location.
PROS:
• Thank you very much for a warm accommodation, help and support provided during my stay. Staff is extremely helpful. Keep going that way!
• Location, location, location🔥👏🏻
• Tidiness
• Breakfast was amazing! Wide choice of different kind of food: boiled eggs, fried eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, pancakes, croissants etc.
• Great veranda outside, next to hotel's restaurant to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner.
We had a lovely stay. The room was comfortable and the hotel is newly refurbished.
Breakfast was very adequate, with a good range of options.
The spa is small but satisfactory. It's size does not accommodate more than a dozen people or so, so going in the off-hours is advisable.
The staff was kind and helpful, for the most part.
The stay was excellent and it is a very recommended place to stay in Sigulda.
The location of this apartment was excellent, right next to the railway station and the local bus station. Multiple supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance as well. The kitchen equipped with all the basic necessities for preparing meals. The key pick up was extremely easy and simple. Couldn't ask for a better place for our stay in Sigulda.
Very friendly and helpful personnel, a comfortable and spacious room. I felt genuinely welcome. The hotel is situated only a few minutes from the train station in the center of town. The breakfast was not the usual bread, butter and so on, but a wide variety of tasty homemade latvian delicacies.
fantastic location, just 10 min drive from Sigulda, in the forest but very easy to get to. Everything is brand new and of high quality (coffee machine for example), very nice facilities - well thought out and very well executed. Wonderful views of the forest and the pond. Will definitely return!
If you need intimate place inside woods - it's a best choice. Big rooms, really you can put up to 4adults and 3 childrens inside, without additional beds. Excelent big yard with nice grass, BBQ and fireplace. Nearest shop/restaurant is ~700 meters away.
The hotel is so close to the train station and city center. There are restaurants and supermarkets around. The hotel rooms are very comfortable and clean. It is the second time I have been staying here. Totally recommended.
Overall we had a pleasant stay. Very good location, transport links and local attractions are within easy reach of the hotel. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped, was good to have air-con on during heath wave.
Magical place, beautiful cozy house in nature with sauna and all you need, very close to Sigulda. I can recommend it to families and people looking for peace, we had a great stay!
An oasis in the heart of Sigulda! You felt like you were away in the countryside yet could easily get to the market to grab last minute items or to go hiking or to the castle etc.
