This is one of the most charming places I have ever stayed in. The rooms are large, each one decorated differently and super comfy beds. Complimentary water, juice, and snacks plus a hot water kettle. And you can't beat the location! Across the street from the Kasbah, minutes away from the medina by foot and a rooftop for lovely views.

I love the location of the hotel, the fact that there's a parking space out front, the rooftop restaurant, the modern feel of the rooms. All of that is wonderful.
But it's really the staff that make the experience exceptional. Fares and Nadia, at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure my friends and I were settled and had what we needed. We were in good hands with Said in the restaurant. Thank you, I'll be back!

Rabat is very impressive, so clean and welcoming. We stayed in the medina which was a very different experience compared to Marrakech. It was quieter in the evening, calmer and still great to shop. Definitely more locals and great stalls, friendly services. Our sightseeing was great even if our time was limited, the gardens and parks were immaculately looked after. The mixture of old and new, the ocean and old city and ancient history makes it a very great place to visit.
Just be aware however that dining in the medina ends early and it is probably best to head downtown if you want to find a restaurant later at night.

Rabat is the capital of Morocco.
Rabat is the capital of Morocco. The streets and Medina of Rabat are much wider and cleaner. The Kasbah is not so clean but still a good place to visit. One night / 2 days in Rabat is good enough time to see everything around.

Rabat is interesting for a day.
Rabat is interesting for a day. The main sight is the Kasbah which is free to enter. You DO NOT need a guide and it IS NOT about to close, despite what all the touts try to tell you. Walking around the medina is interesting and safe.

Not a fan of Rabat, it was cleaner than the other cities we visited but there was not much to do other than the Medina and the tourist places to visit. I enjoyed Marrakech and Fez. If I go back to Morocco I would skip Rabat.

Is small city , specifically the medina is the best part, just like you are back in old time, the narrow street and people live their is the same as in Pakistan culture old city Lahore they have the same style of old houses, but Rabat is quite and small ,Lahore is 2 nhs largest city of Pakistan , population of nearly 170 million , they also preserved the old city just like medina in rabat

I would recommend Rabat. It is a very modern city.
I would recommend Rabat. It is a very modern city.
The city is extraordinarily clean and very safe.
Every person we met was kind, funny and charismatic.
The medina is the highlight and absolutely incredible.
Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum are great as well.
Walking along the "river" is recommended as well, as there are some restaurants to eat something sweet and enjoying the view.
Rabat isn't a typical capital. Rabat only has 500'000 inhabitants and it shows. Therefore, it's a rather quiet town, restaurants close early and there aren't too many.
I would recommend maximum a week, maybe less.
Taxis are very professional and can be used for transport. Cheap and without scammers.
If you are in Rabat, you have to visit Dar Naji. If you didn't eat there during your stay, you weren't in Rabat.
Riad Meftaha is located just outside the medina of Rabat. Very nice, clean, colorful, roomy riad. Friendly English-speaking staff. The riad offers an excellent breakfast with a variation of yummy breads, fresh homemade jams (strawberry, apricot, lemon, fig), various kinds of olives, eggs, cheeses, dates, figs, and lots of other stuff. We traveled through Morocco for 22 days, staying in 14 different riads and kasbahs. We both agreed that Riad Meftaha had the best breakfast of them all, including the freshest and best msemen!
Maybe my 3rd or 4th stay here - it is the absolute best in hospitality you can get in Rabat. Youssef the manager is an absolute gem. They even kept our bags for a few days till our next reservation with them, which made our lives soooooo much easier. Excellent room, very clean, and by far the best hotel shower gel you will find (I’ve tried looking for it but they only make them for hotels 😂). Great location in a peaceful area with easy access to the tram.
A lovely Riad in an authentic part of the city. The breakfast was fresh, traditional, and plentiful and the bedroom was clean and secure. The hospitality was very good: Bassam was helpful and responsive both in advance of and during my stay, and ensured my safety being new to the city and to Morocco, for which I am very grateful. Rabat is diverse with lots to see and experience and makes a good starting point for a Moroccan holiday. I recommend this place!
This is a very good value for money place. All standards are held, it's clean, it's at a good location if you don't mind walking a bit, the breakfast is nice and clean. The personnel is very very helpful and professional, they really do their best, they are polite, eager to help, respond to every request right away, always with a smile and good disposition. You will get more than you expect in a 3* hotel. Would stay again when in Rabat.
Beautiful Raid in the middle of the Medina. It is in the centre of the action although a bit hard to locate the first time. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities were good but you have to remember that if you want the Riad experience, you are not going to get the facilities of a 4/5 star modern hotel standard. We wanted to stay in the Medinas in Morocco and our expectations were met.
The best hotel we stayed in our 7 days tour through Marocco
Set in a very nice and new area of Rabat, this apart hotel has everything you need for a short or a longer stay;
Staff was kind and helpfull. The lady at the reception did her best to give us a room before check in time, as we arrived earlier.
Free parking in front of the hotel is a bonus in the crowded city of Rabat
Highly recommended
Possibly one of the top views in all of Rabat - from the rooftop my surfer husband could check the waves without leaving the property. (And then run down to the beach if the swell was pumping.) Classic, historic hotel with plenty of in-room amenities (AC, TV, refrigerator, kettle) and wonderful staff. The breakfast is also insane - insanely good with a mix of Moroccan and European favorites.
first the staff were so friendly and accommodating. they listened to my concerns especially Mr Lofti and Zinab who upgraded me to one of their best rooms. the hotel is so clean, everything is comfortable plus the ambience brings me back to the historical Morocco time. Truly amazing stay. thank you to all staff and management of La Tour Hassan Palace.
This is the most beautiful place to stay in Rabat. Abdullah and his team are incredibly warm, friendly and helpful! Royal Air Maroc lost our luggage and Abdullah was fantastic. He called them several times on our behalf throughout the day allowing us to still do some sightseeing until the luggage arrived. You really get the personal service here.
Can’t fault this place. Great hostel, great facilities and great staff.
Without doubt the best breakfast I’ve had in Morocco. It’s a little bit outside the city centre, but I was aware of that when booking, so that’s not an issue.
What’s lost in location is made up for in breakfast.
I will be back. Mainly for the breakfast.
This was one of the most spectular hotels we ever stayed at. The hotel decor is gorgeous, the staff is kind and helpful, the beds were wonderful. The location is excellent for Rabat/Sale next to the Marina with an amazing view of the Sea and the River. The rooftop lounge and pool were exceptional. I would stay again!
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Riad in the heart of Rabat's Medina (Old Town). It is a well kept place with very polite and welcoming staff. The room was great, with the bed on the gallery. The space of this long and narrow rooms is well thought out and used, and the details like brass chandelliers are a nice touch.
one of the most beautiful Riads I‘ve been to in Morocco.
rooftop pool is quite unique and something you don’t find elsewhere in the Medina of Rabat.
staff was more than friendly - the house- own restaurant served traditional Moroccan dishes, just delicious.
highly recommended.
Wonderful location at the top of Rabat's Medina made for short commute to main road where transportation was available. Very friendly staff and delightful (if light) breakfast in the central courtyard. Suite was traditionally appointed with nice bathroom.
The property is as clean Riad, close location to the Medina! Rabab was amazing and treated us with so much kindness! I would highly recommend this Riad to anyone wanting to explore Rabat! Thanks for a great stay!
I stayed in a suite, and the hotel was very clean and modern, and the staff was friendly. I also liked the breakfast. If you are planning a trip to Rabat,
I recommend this hotel
Hafid and Amin were so helpful and kind.
Excellent customer service .
We had been travelling around Morocco and attended an amazing wedding so needed a hotel near the airport.
Very well located and extremely well-maintained. This is a great hotel to stay at while visiting Rabat. The breakfast which was included was excellent.
It’s the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is really kind, excellent location and the breakfast is great. Don’t miss it if you come to Rabat!
