Absolute must visit in Casablanca.
Absolute must visit in Casablanca. Buy tickets for Museum and Mosque in the Museum shop at the entrance to the open square. Inexpensive and official underground parking next to Mosque so don't be bothered with street touts. Mosque is breathtaking both inside and out. Timed visits with guides in your language. The museum is also a must and take time to look around the museum shop which is full of exquisite artisan craft by students at very good prices.

This was the most beautiful, spectaculatand clean place around Casablanca. Try to get inside mosque which ussually possible for foreigners at 3 p.m. with guides in English, Italian, Russian, French or German languages. You pay donation like 20 EUR but its worth it.

Go inside and pay the entrance fee, it makes the mosque self sufficient plus the tourist guide that we had was so funny and good and learned so much from one hour. The inside is majestic, breath taking and really worth seeing. I loved the experience.

From $76 per nighti was surprised of the good quality of the hotel, the room was big, the staff was very friendly. I had a room with a nice view of the Hassan II mosque. The breakfast was good. i definitely recommend Melliber Apt hotel to anyone visiting Casablanca. In this time of pandemic they are doing a good job keeping the place clean and sanitized with hand sanitizer everywhere and elevator cleaned all the time by the security staff. You don get back to your room without being temperature checked and sanitized.

We stayed there in the low season (in December), therefore was not crowdy in hotel, Breakfast was not bad, actually I enjoyed it. Hotel has great location, close to Hassan II Mosque, seafront, lighthouse. We enjoyed walking on seafront, I guess it the best place in Casablanca. If you enjoy walking you can easily reach closest beach. Also there are two amazing restaurants in the same building Damasca and Marina Juice, we were in different places there, but these two restaurants are the best!

The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. It is a very comfortable hotel. On a pedestrian street which made it easy to walk to restaurants, bus station and general sightseeing. It is a bit of a distance from the Hassan II Mosque, if that is where your interest lies, but there are taxis close by. I had just finished a 5 day hiking trip so that hour or so walk was enjoyable to me. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was basic but clean and has pretty much all you need for a short stay. Hotel was close to a tram station and you can find around a supermarket and some restaurants. Around 20 min walk to the city center and CTM bus station and around 50 min walk to Hassan II mosque.
