Risan is the ancient Mediterranean city located in the heart of Bay of Kotor. City of god Hypnos and the Illyrian Queen Teuta dates from the III century BC, and today is a peaceful tourist destination that offers many activities for children and adults. During a day, you can admire the remains of Roman buildings or enjoy its variety of beaches and woter sports. Evenings you can spend walking by the sea, or testing the Mediterranean cuisine at some of the local bars and restaurants. Risan is conveniently located in the heart of the Bay of Kotor. Its proximity to the three international airports (Tivat, Dubrovnik, and Podgorica), interstate highway and all of Kotor's most culturally influential neighborhoods ( the old town of Kotor, Perast and islets of St. George and Our Lady of the Rocks) makes Risan the most practical and desirable location for vacations.
