Company info

Our company has been welcoming guests in Montenegro since 2017. We are manage several apartments and mini-hotels located on the Budva Riviera. Upon request, we will offer guests a transfer airport-hotel. We would be glad to help with car rental, and offer excursions with trusted partners. For an additional fee during the rest we arrange cleaning. It is also possible to deliver food and water to the apartment. We will be glad to see you among our guests!

Dear friends! Welcome to the JK Suites! All apartments are equipped for a comfortable stay, made designer renovation. The apartments are located on the 6th floor of a new building, built in the quiet center of Budva. An open view from all the apartments will allow you to watch amazing sunsets and sunrises of hospitable Montenegro. The location in close proximity to the beach, all shops, the green market, as well as the Old Town will allow you to abandon the daily use of the car. At the same time, the promenade with wonderful coastal restaurants and discos is 5 minutes away. The location of the apartments will allow you to rest from the noise after an eventful day. We are waiting for you in our new apartments and wish you a pleasant stay!

Neighborhood info

The apartments are located in a unique place. The old town of Budva with a unique authentic atmosphere is just a 10-minute walk away. Svety Stefan is the pearl of Montenegro just 10 minutes drive away. The mountain range of Lovcen with a unique microclimate is an hour’s drive away. On the other hand, you only need 40 minutes to get to Boko-Kotor Bay, which is the southernmost fjord in Europe. And most importantly - the purest Adriatic Sea with beaches for every taste - right in front of you!
