House sits on three acres property, only 30 meters from the sea. This stone house was first built at the beginning of the 19th century, but it was renovated several times. The last renovations were finalized in 2012. It has a big 70 m2 terrace and a parking lot for two cars. House has two floors. Living room, kitchen with dining area, 2-bed room and three bathrooms are on the first floor. Entrance and two big 4-bed rooms are on second floor. House is equipped with two AC devices, size 12 and 18 Btu. Beside necessary cutlery, the kitchen is also equipped with stove and 2 refrigerators. In the living room, there is a TV set. The house capacity is for 10 people. House is in Orahovac, which is situated in one of the coves of Bokakotorska bay. Twenty small pebble beaches will provide you with a unique pleasure. They are ideal for children as depth of the sea is slowly getting deeper as you enter into it. Plenty of fresh water sources guaranty clean sea.

Orahovac also offers plenty of activities. One of them is fishing with the locals and helping them pull the net out of sea (don’t be surprised if they fill your bag with the fish as an act of appreciation). For soccer, volleyball and basketball fans, there is small playground protected with the fence. There is also a water-polo pool if you would like to try this sport. High mountain peaks that are part of Lovcen - the highest mountain in Montenegro - start to raise just above the house. The mountain range provides plenty of hiking paths as well as old Austro-Hungarian roads, fortifications, caves, and abandoned villages. The most popular tourist attraction is a 13th century Orthodox church. It is built on a rock and has unique viewpoint at Bokakotorska bay. In Orahovac there are three beach bars as well as the famous fish restaurant “Stari Mlini”. Together with welcoming residents it will make your holiday pleasant and unforgettable. If you like night life, Kotor, historical town 8 km away is offering pleanty clubs, restaurants and caffes. Public transportation is regular. Cost about 1e in one direction. If you choose to return by taxi, it will cost you around 6e.
