The villa Portico is beautiful stone villa, lovingly restored to have perfect balance in design and comfort. The large windows and terraces offer a stunning view over the Adriatic Sea, the beautiful nature that surrounds it and a safe and peaceful neighbourhood. The outdoor area with comfy furniture, where you can have your first morning coffee or have a glass of wine in the evening over the magnificent view. Villa Portico offers few secure parking spaces, designed to accommodate 6 people who can be comfortably accommodated in a spacious living room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a guest toilet. All rooms are air conditioned and provide the perfect combination of relaxation and enjoyment of the property, a break from everyday life and enjoying the peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The kitchen is modern equipped with utensils, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. There is a 10m swimming pool equipped with sunbeds, deck chairs and parasols where you can enjoy with your family and friends. This is definitely a special place for the most memorable vacation.
