We were unsure of which part of St. Martin to stay in, but very glad we chose this spot. Amazing to be right on the water. Spectacular view of bay, with Marigot and mountains in the background, plus out to Anguilla. Quiet and low-key - just perfect. Great walk out to Pointe du Bluff. Very comfortable and relaxing and great service. A real treat!!!

Very well equipped, nice and clean place. The fun and best part was the hairdryer, the blow took my head off almost, never had the luck to such efficient and professional dryer. :)

Location is very good, near gran case and close to marigold. There is a very nice BBQ outside which we were allowed to use. The family seemed very friendly. It's a great property for 1-2 Nights for 2 ppl max. Good internet. ac working ok and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The style of this little house is very pleasant. Plenty of parking place. Quiet area at night so you will sleep fine. The owner may offer a car to rent too.
