The Chianti Restaurant is available only for stays of 3 nights minimum in the All Inclusive plan. Restrictions may apply.
The Umami restaurant is only available for stays of a minimum of 5 nights on an all-inclusive basis. Restrictions may apply.
One extra child or adult will be charged USD 150 extra per person per night when using existing beds.
Up to two children from 0 to 5 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
Please be informed that remodeling work will be taking place in the lobby area. The work will be carried out from Monday to Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. for a period of 3 weeks starting on June 30. It is important to mention that no guest attraction areas will be affected.
Please be informed that the Bellavista Restaurant will be closed for remodeling starting on August 11. Breakfast service will be offered at the Deck Restaurant for approximately 3 months. The remodeling work will take place from Monday to Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

A damage deposit of $150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
