If you plan to have visitors, please inform us one day in advance and provide all their IDs in advance so security can grant them access. - The property has a water filter installed making it safe to drink from the small tab in the sink. - Please, note that security cameras are installed outside the property. - Travelers must be at least 21 years old or older to make a reservation. - It is strictly prohibited to consume, purchase, or sell any type of illegal substances within the premises. - Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in. - Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building. - Smoking is prohibited on the property. - No events or parties are allowed. - Loud music is prohibited at all times. - Please do not use bath towels to remove makeup, dye, sunscreen, or oil; a replacement fee will be charged for any stains. - If you plan to have visitors, please inform us one day in advance and provide a photo of your ID. - Please respect the neighbors on the street and in the building. - Maintain silence when entering or exiting the property and/or the building to avoid disturbing the neighbors. - Please keep the entrance door closed at all times. - Check-in time is from 4 pm onwards. Check-out time is before 11:00 am. - A maximum of 5 visitors is allowed per day. They must leave by 10:00 PM. - Quiet hours must be respected. Any complaints from neighbors will result in a 2,000 MXN fine. - 1 pet is allowed for USD 60 per stay For security purposes and to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions, we will request that the guest upload a selfie picture holding a Government Photo-ID matching the name on the credit card used to make the reservation.

There’s construction happening nearby and sometimes noise can be heard during daytime work hours. Electricity and water outages are occasional occurrences in Mexico City, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that we cannot be held accountable for such events.
