Your home away from home awaits. Conveniently located on calle 12 between avenida 10 and 15. The condo is a quiet oasis in the center of downtown Playa. A beautiful second floor, 1100 square feet, two-bedroom, two-bath end unit with two private balconies overlooking the pool in a serene corner of the building’s courtyard. Just steps away from great shopping on the famous 5th Avenue and minutes from the beach. Gated building with 24-hour onsite doorman and one reserved off street parking spot.
Hello! I your host, Tony, from Rehoboth Beach, DE. After visiting Playa del Carmen many times I finally decided to purchase a condo. I chose Playa specifically because it was for us the most beautiful beach towns I had ever seen. I was fascinated by the variety of culture and different indigenous people and artists and craftsman, archaeological sites and history. Playa really captivated my interest. There is so many different traditions, foods, artisan crafts in the area. The beauty and eco-diversity of the Rivera Maya is really unsurpassed. I hope you enjoy the condo as much as I do and look forward to having you return year after year.
The Colonia Centro downtown neighborhood is hot section for Playa del Carmen who want to be close to everything! It is truly the prime area location in Playa del Carmen. Why? Because everything is walkable and you are directly in the center of it all! You can find yourself a 3 minute walk to the beach, the central part of 5th Avenue, Walmart, other major grocery stores and specialty shops, restaurants, banks and laundry facilities. The downtown Playa del Carmen neighborhood is also centered to plenty of nightlife and entertainment options such, all within walking distance.
