New bed linen, water and coffee etc replenished when needed. Shuttle to room helpful and to airport. Had to remind staff that dropped us off to take us to the airline check in as requested as it just stopped where shuttle ended. We had special assistance . This was a short stopover to refresh and recharge for another long flight back to our residence. Overall we were pleased we chose to stay here and cut our losses by cancelling our stay at the Ibis KLIA, which was extremely noisy. We did not venture outside of the Hotel as I am not a fan of humidity and heat, but the location offered many restaurants and shopping. If you are coming from KLIA, you can either take the ekspres train (3 minutes - 2 RM) or the shuttle bus (about 10 minutes - free). The hotel has great facilities and there is a restaurant and bar that's open until 12am, but I think they stop serving food from 11:30pm.
