Adelante contains a beachfront, private swimming pool and is designed with 4 generously sized bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. This house contains all the creature comforts of home, including AC in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, hammocks, BBQ grill and more! Adelante simply has everything you need to make your vacation enjoyable! The first floor contains a spacious living room and kitchen area with breathtaking views of the ocean and surf. The kitchen and living room both open up to an expansive patio area with swimming pool, comfortable patio furniture, hammocks, BBQ grill and a pool bath. The living room's L-Shape, detachable couch allows you different layout possibilities so you can get comfortable for a front row view of the surf. The fully equipped kitchen and ample dining table will make your meals easier to prepare, share and enjoy, while the pool side BBQ grill and outdoor furniture –including a picnic table, will make the eating experience more casual and fun!

This house is located within the Hacienda Iguana development, which is known for its world-class surf breaks. There are 4 surf breaks within walking distance- Playa Colorado, Panga Drops and Los Perros are in the neighborhood and Playa Amarillo is to the south of Playa Colorado (walkable at low tide). We also have a beautiful 9-hole golf course. The course is well designed, beautifully maintained and very affordable to guests. There are several great food options within the Hacienda Iguana development and many other good restaurants nerby. Other businesses in the Hacienda Iguana community include a Spa, 2 small convenience stores with a variety of grocery items and an ATM is located on the property. Other activities in the development include yoga, horseback riding and in-home massage is also available. We have a well merchandised store (NSR Surf Shop) located inside the Hacienda Iguana development, which offers souvenirs, surf accessories, clothing, beach towels, flip flops, sunscreen, sunglasses, swimsuits, wet suit vests and tops, rash guards and more! We also rent scooters, dirt bikes, surfboards, boogie boards and SUPs out of this location as well.
