The place is wonderful, quiet and relaxing; also the cabin is well furnished and clean. The host is so helpful and kind always, her instructions were clear and useful. We were in 3, we had a good time there and we are satisfied.

Property info

This cozy cozy log cabin is furnished with great care so that you lack nothing during your stay. Also outside the summer period this is a nice place to rent. The outdoor and indoor fireplace makes it extra cozy and romantic in the winter during those dark days. * From late November to mid-January we provide extra lighting inside and outside for Christmas atmosphere. Most beautiful spots on the water in Vinkeveen are accessible by boat. Fortunately, this unique spot is also accessible for pedestrians and bicycles. Because you have an unobstructed view of the water and peace (because motor vehicles are not allowed), you do have to walk a bit to get here ( 900 meters approximately). But when you are here, you imagine yourself in the middle of nature, without motor noise and you only hear the twittering of birds and ducks. In front of the entrance to the park there is place to park your car for a fee. Between October 1 and May 1 you can park for free on the road. There are 2 bikes at the cottage, which you can use to cycle to and from the parking lot. We also have a cargo bike at the parking lot for your whole stay, which you can use for free to transport your belongings to the cottage. It is possible to use our cart service on arrival (after 4 p.m.). For a small fee you can be picked up from the parking lot and brought to "The Cabin" with all your belongings. Ask the hostess about the possibilities.

Vinkeveen is een klein dorpje met het bekende water de Vinkeveense plassen. Je kunt bij ons een bootje huren, om dit mooie water te bevaren. Ook zit u op loopafstand naast een prachtig natuurgebied. U kunt hier naartoe wandelen of u kunt de gratis fietsen gebruiken, die bij de woning staan. Vinkeveen is vlakbij Amsterdam, nog geen 30 minuten rijden bent u in deze grote stad. Als u onze accommodatie boekt, geeft Joyce graag tips, waar u het beste voor niet teveel geld uw auto kunt parkeren, om zo niet teveel parkeerkosten te hoeven maken.
