The apartment studio is in the heart of Amsterdam city center. Perfect location and 1 minute away from metro station and very close to main railway station. The staff was very helpful and was prompt with their response and support. I cherished my stay.

Alaya is very caring and sent all information we could need. The place is perfect if you want to stay in a centre of Amsterdam and have not a huge budget. A room was not so big, but has everyting you need - shower, towels, bed, little fridge, hair dryer, an umbrellas... It was so sweet wheen I found Harry Potter bedsheets:))) good choice for a couple and if you dont want to use public transport, you can find everything by walk near your place. By the way it has a good sound proof, we didnt hear our neigbors or a traffic sounds, you can sleep pretty well with open windows all night.

The location is great! Literally everything was max 10/15 minutes walking from the studio, we didn’t use public transport at all in 4 days. The studio was super clean and equipped with all you’d need for your holidays.

Location is excellent - right in the thick of a great area of Amsterdam. Dam Square was literally a 5 min walk, the nearest subway and tram stations are almost on your doorstep. The little attic was really cool, only issue was you had to be careful on the drainage from the shower.

The studio was absolutely perfect for a single traveller or a couple and and you really, really couldn't ask for a better location at all. Right in the centre of town, but still tucked away down a quiet alley with a lovely cafe immediately downstairs for food and drinks. The host was absolutely amazing as well to ensure I collected the keys and had everything I needed for my stay, particularly after my flights were delayed multiple times due to bad weather. Absolutely loved every minute of my stay and hope to be able to stay again in the future when I'm next in Amsterdam!

accommodation is centrally located a short walk from the red light district. Considering the prices in hotels, this apartment is more affordable, but you don't have the comfort of a hotel.
