Welcome to our tranquil 1960’s home situated 700m from Ōtari/Wilton Bush. Enjoy private access to the downstairs garden flat that looks out onto native bush. The street and section are quiet and sheltered giving access to many wonderful bushwalks and home to native birds including Tui, Kaka, Kereru and Korimako. Central Wellington is 10 minutes drive away, the local Woolworths supermarket is five minutes drive away and a bus stop is 100m down the road. Enjoy easy access to Zealandia, Makara mountain biking park, Ōtari Bush, The Botanic Gardens, Sky Stadium, and Te Papa.

Our neighbourhood is quiet and lovely. We are just a block away from amazing bush walks at Otari Wilton's Bush and a 5 minute drive away from Zealandia, or the Botanic Gardens and Woolworths supermarket. Makara Mountain biking park is also close. Enjoy the city centre for all it has to offer. Message us if you want recommendations for restaurants or other attractions.
