We live on a small organically farmed lifestyle block and have lived here,21years.We farm cattle, sheep,have 3cats and have the most spectacular views and sunsets from the lodge.We are situated in a quiet area just 2kms off SH16 with glorious native bush,harbour and farmland scenery.We grow our own veges and everything we use is eco friendly and we are completely off grid and generate our own power with solar and wind turbine.The lodge is modern warm,comfortable & completely self sufficient with all linen,cutlery,plates etc.Its is clean and a peaceful haven with comfort and glorious views from every window and both decks.Love to share our place with guests as it is a lovely place to stay and live,we are very fortunate to be able to share it.We have decorated the house in natural colours to reflect the outside surrounding forest and use recycled rimu NZ furniture where possible
I am married with one son,love cooking baking and meeting new guests both of us ,have travelled extensively and are passionate about NZ and sharing it with all our guests
Mainly a farming lifestyle block neighbourhood and quiet,not many neighbours.Gorgeous native bush and a lovely walk around the area,quiet and peaceful but with stunning views and great natural surroundings.
